COMPLIANCE AND AUTHORIZATION
Alpha Cylinders is authorized to perform cylinder requalification and testing in accordance with 49 CFR, applicable CGA C-Series, Transport Canada (TC), and UN/ISO requirements.

All testing and requalification activities are performed using calibrated equipment and documented procedures in compliance with federal regulations.
Regulatory Framework
Alpha Cylinders operates as a fixed, DOT-authorized cylinder requalification facility. Our scope of authorization covers steel, aluminum, and composite high-pressure cylinders used in life-safety, industrial, maritime, medical, and recreational applications.

Scope & Applicability
Authorization is limited to cylinders that are eligible for requalification under applicable regulations and remain within allowable service conditions. Cylinder acceptance is subject to visual inspection results, service history, and regulatory eligibility at the time of testing.
Special Permit cylinders are tested strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable permit.
